Intuitiv Music
This piece was created in 2016 in my living room in Wuppertal (others call it a home studio, haha). I posted the original version of the piece on Facebook and after a short time I received two messages from Hans Peter Salentin from Bad Münstereifel and Zhang Zhiyong from Hong Kong. Both wanted to play this piece spontaneously. That was a great pleasure for me. I still remembered Zhang well because we did studio and live work together in Nuremberg (Argile). Hans Peter Salentin was a real surprise. With his many years of experience and his professorship at the University of Würzburg, he also had a big influence on the piece. As an experiment, however, I didn't give either of them the other's track to listen to. It is all the more interesting that Zhiyong's Rizzi flute went wonderfully well with Hans Peter's trumpet arrangements. They only came together in my mix. A really successful production over long distances.

Fine Song was written in 2000 and was recorded as a direct live recording while playing. The original is about 30 minutes long and was realised in an installation with an Akai MPC 2000, Roland MC 303 and an Atari computer. The original was recorded on Dat. The piece is dedicated to my long-time supporter and friend Ernst Martin Walsken. The version used here was made by me many years later (ca 2008) After I uploaded it to my online service Dance all Day a few years later (ca 2012), it became very popular and was included on 7 other releases. A piece of timeless music that was created with the live recording method in mind.
